Meaning the minimum version of the game that the latest update of this resource pack (v1.0.2) is compatible with is v1.13.0.
Note: In the latest version of Minecraft as of writing this (v1.13.0) the manifest files are now in version 2. The art contained within the addon is not mine and was adapted as needed so it could be implemented into the game. This texture pack changes ALL of the paintings in Minecraft to higher resolution anime related ones instead.
